One of the most powerful features of Salesforce is the ability to report on any data you have in the product. Even better is the ability to have dashboards that quickly show you in real time, as soon as you log into Salesforce, what your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are. Here are some examples of helpful reports and dashboards:

Sales:

  • Pipeline by type (new of existing business) and by projected month to close.
  • Pipeline revenue by sales stage
  • Current quarter pipeline revenue
