The StarrForce support & administration service, an alternative to Salesforce Premier Support, provides you with a Salesforce.com certified engineer when you need help. We support Salesforce administrators and end users.

The service provides email, chat, phone, and screen-sharing support, on an as needed basis provided by a certified Salesforce engineer. The service is designed to answer your Salesforce questions and assist you in making changes to your Salesforce organization.

Service is provided on an hourly basis in ΒΌ hour increments. Support is available from 6 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday PT and is backed by a service-level agreement.
